Document Count as Proof of Address

The following documents dated within 3 months will be accepted as proof of address for Corporate KYC:

 

1. Bank statement

2. Utilities statement

3. Statement issued by the government authorities 

 

For the document to be accepted as proof of address, it should include the following information:

• The full name of the company,

• The office address, and

• The document issue date.

 

The user can choose from the 3 documents mentioned earlier, ensuring that they contain the required information such as the full company name, address, and document issue date.

 

Both paper documents and electronic documents in PDF format are acceptable for submission. 

 

By providing multiple documents, the user can increase the chances of a successful verification process.
